Getting a Library Card

Individuals aged 3+ are eligible to register for a Montpelier library card in-person or through the form below. In-person and online applicants are required to show both of the following items at the front desk to receive a library card:

• Photo ID (Driver's License) AND
• An additional piece of mail or a document with the applicant's address

Montpelier library cards are $0.50 each, and this can be paid in-person with cash.
